Jeonju Bibimbap

If you ask any Korean what Jeonju is popular for 100% their answer is Jeonju Bibimbap :) Last month I had a great chance of having Jeonju bibimbap for lunch ;) The word bibimbap literally means "mixed meal." The dish is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef)
